We can offer you a variety of payment options to meet your financial needs. If you need any questions answered about financing or payment, please ask us. We will be happy to thoroughly explain your choices and we will work hard to accommodate your needs.
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is responsible for all charges.
North Carolina Medicaid provides specific benefits and medically required services for its residents. Benefits vary depending on age, income and medical needs. Medicaid has specific criteria that must met for orthodontic services. Orthodontic coverage is not available for individual over the age of 21.
Medical, pharmacy, behavioral health, dental and orthodontics are some of the programs covered and managed under NC Medicaid.
The quickest and most convenient way to apply for NC Medicaid is online with ePass. If you are unable to apply online, you can also submit an application in person at a DSS office near you.
Each eligible individual will be given a Medical ID card or a NC Health Choice card.
